Abstract
This research is motivated by the importance of building employee loyalty within organizations, particularly at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office inLamongan Regency. Employee loyalty is influenced by several key factors, including career advancement, rewards, and job satisfaction. This backgroundprompted the study to determine the extent of the influence of each variable—bothindividually and collectively—on employee loyalty. The complexity of the workenvironment and the changing demands of the organization underscore the urgencyof this research. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linearregression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60employees and tested using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination(R²). The t-test results showed that career advancement, rewards, and jobsatisfaction each had a significant effect on employee loyalty. The F-test indicatedthat all three variables simultaneously had a significant influence. The R² value of68.9% demonstrates that the independent variables strongly explain employeeloyalty. The implementation of these findings shows that well-structured careerdevelopment, fair rewards, and fulfilled job satisfaction significantly enhanceemployee loyalty to the organization. Management can use these results as a basisfor developing HR policies focused on employee development and retention. Thisstudy also offers empirical insights for other government institutions to applysimilar principles in managing their personnel. However, this research haslimitations, including its focus on a single institution and reliance on a quantitativeapproach based on respondents' perceptions. Future research is recommended toapply qualitative or mixed methods, broaden the scope to other institutions, andconsider external factors such as leadership style and organizational culture. Thiswould provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of employeeloyalty. Keywords: Career Advancement, Rewards, Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty
