Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru melalui program simplifikasi di SDN Tawangrejo II Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Program simplifikasi merupakan upaya penyederhanaan beban kerja administratif guru agar guru dapat lebih fokus pada proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, komite sekolah, dan pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi yang terencana dan partisipatif dalam implementasi program simplifikasi, antara lain melalui pelibatan aktif guru dalam perencanaan, penguatan komunikasi internal, penyediaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi berkala terhadap pelaksanaan program.
