Abstract
Studi ini menguji pengaruh insentif, profesionalisme, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerjapegawai di instalasifarmasi RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik. Pendekatan yang digunakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel adalah pegawai instalasifarmasi RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik sebanyak 51orang.Untuk menguji pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai Dalam upaya menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda (MultipleRegression)
