Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan membuktikan gaji, fasilitas kerja, dan team work terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wahana Cipta Concretindo Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 50 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah gaji berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wahana Cipta Concretindo Gresik, fasilitas kerja berepengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wahana Cipta Concretindo Gresik, team work berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wahana Cipta Concretindo Gresik
