Abstract
This study focuses on the satisfaction of Co-Assistants based on the Education Hospital Management Information System, educational administration services, and the performance of medical lecturers at RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on Co-Assistants satisfaction. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is whether the Education Hospital Management Information System, Educational Administration Services, and Medical Lecturer Performance simultaneously influence the satisfaction of Co-Assistants at RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Education Hospital Management Information System, Educational Administration Services, and Medical Lecturer Performance on the satisfaction of Co-Assistants at RSUD Ibnu Sina Hospital Kabupaten Gresik partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were young doctors at RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, observation and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study are that the variables of Management Information Systems in Education Hospitals, Educational Administration Services, and Medical Lecturer Performance simultaneously have a significant effect on Co-Assistants Satisfaction at RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount 109.563> Ftable 2.76 and a significant level of t 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05.
