Abstract
ABSTRACT Luluk Hidayati, 2025. Management of School Operational Assistance Funds to Improve Education Quality (multi-site study at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo Pasuruan Regency). Education Management Study Program Thesis, Postgraduate Program (S2) Gresik University. Advisor (1) Dr. Suyitno, SE., M.Pd. (2) Dr. Ahmad Thohirin, M.Pd Keywords: Management, School Operational Assistance Fund, Quality of Education This study aims to describe the management of the School Operational Assistance Fund to improve the quality of education at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo. To describe the factors of managing the School Operational Assistance Fund that affect the improvement of the quality of education at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo, Pasuruan district. This study used a qualitative analysis field research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained from school principals, vice principals, and treasurers, teachers and committees. Data collection techniques and procedures in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Management of School Operational Assistance funds at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo, is by the guidelines in the applicable BOSP Technical Guidelines, starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating budget execution, this is proven by the existence of the RKAS although there are still several things that need to be revised, the decree of the school BOSP management team, as well as an accountability report on the use of BOSP funds. Efforts to improve the quality of education at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo have been implied in the School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) which was prepared to meet 8 (eight) national education standards and comply with applicable technical guidelines. The factors for managing the Operational Assistance Fund to improve the quality of education lie on the priority scale between the two schools, at SDN Asemkandang and SDN Klampisrejo prioritizing budget planning, because all BOSP funds allocated must comply with the technical guidelines set by the government. Meanwhile, the priority in planning the budget lies in extra-curricular activities, provision of Independent Curriculum Textbooks, improvement of learning facilities, payment of honorariums, purchase of capital goods in the form of assets that support learning, development of teachers and educational staff, the needs of students in learning as well as school needs.
