Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meniliti dan membuktikan pengaruh total debt to equity ratio (DER), deciden payout ratio (DPR), terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan realestate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Adapun Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 9 perusahaan real estate yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini adalah debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaa, sedangkan deviden payout ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan debt to equity ratio, deviden payout ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan
