Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan membuktikan pengaruh variasi produk (X1), fasilitas (X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa (Y) pada Love Home Treatment Gresik Kota Baru (GKB) Gresik. Penelitian ini penting untuk meningkatkan penjualan di Love Home Treatment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 61 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variasi produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Love Home Treatment, fasilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Love Home Treatment, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Love Home Treatment dan variasi produk,fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian Love Home Treatment.
