Abstract
PT X merupakan Production Sharing Contractor dari SKK Migas. Sebagai operator dari blok West Madura Offshore, saat ini PT X memiliki beberapa Wellhead Platform, dua Processing Platform dan satu Onshore Receiving Facilities di Gresik. Sumur-sumur di PT X terutama di wilayah barat mengalami penurunan produksi. Saat ini telah dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi dengan dilakukannya Well Service dan metode Artificial Lift. Upaya ini diharapkan akan menambah jumlah produksi ± 5000 BOPD. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut perlu adanya perencanaan pompa yang dapat mengalirkan crud oil dari LP separator CPP 2 menuju PPP, untuk kondisi sekarang ini hanya mengandalkan tekanan dari sumur itu sendiri. Data yang digunakan untuk perencanaan pompa ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari dokumen perusahaan dan data skunder dari beberapa jurnal terkait. Metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan pompa ini yaitu Case Study dengan analisa fluida, instalasi perpipaanya dan fitting. Head pompa yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah 18,274 m dengan kapasitas pompa 33 m³/ jam, Daya Motor 3,7 Kw, 2 kutub, frekuensi 50Hz, 3000 rpm. Perencanaan pompa ini diharapkan dapat memindahkan fluida kerja berupa crud oil dari LP Separator CPP 2 Menuju PPP.
