Abstract
A bore pile foundation is constructed by first boring a hole in the ground, then filling it in with reinforcement and pouring concrete. The surroundings around the construction site, where numerous buildings have previously been constructed, are ideal for the use of bore piles. These conditions include strong basic soil with a high bearing capacity that is placed quite deep—roughly 15 meters. This foundation has the benefit of not producing any noise, vibration, or sound during installation. Therefore, there is no disruption to the surrounding environment during the installation process, and there is also no risk to the nearby structures. Utilizing 3D modeling and the SAP 2000 V19 application, the load on the reservoir building was calculated. The bearing capacity of the bore pile foundation was analyzed using the Aoki, De Alencar, and Mayerhoff techniques based on the sondir data. The highest vertical force value for one location of the bore pile foundation was 24,543 tons, according to the findings of the load analysis conducted using the SAP 2000 V19 program during the building of a 1000 m³ capacity reservoir with a water height of 4 meters. According to the S-1 sondir data, the ultimate bearing capacity of one point of the bore pile foundation is 60,277 tons when calculated using the Aoki and De Alencar techniques, and 263,356 tons when calculated using the Mayerhoff method. The S-2 sondir data yielded findings of 237,705 tons when using the Mayerhoff method, and 57,473 tons when utilizing the Aoki and De Alencar methods. The safety factor at one location in the bore pile foundation is 2,456 tons according to the results of the S-1 sondir data using the Aoki and De Alencar methods, compared to 10,732 tons using the Mayerhoff method. The Mayerhoff method yields 9,686 tons, whereas Alencar yields 2,342 tons. It was discovered that the bore pile foundation using Sondir S-1 and Sondir S-2 data had good safety factors after comparing the safety factors from two places and two ways.
