Abstract
The power of love is the power that makes a person value close relationships with others to share and maintain relationships well. In this study, the author analyses the power of love in the life of Hazel Grace, a main character in the novel The fault in our stars written by John Michael Green. The purpose of the study is to provide a picture of love in Hazel Grace's life. The purpose of this study is to provide evidence showing the life of love in Hazel Grace's character. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The data source used in this research is the result of the expression of feelings in the form of paragraphs in the novel. The data collection process in this research is by reading and understanding the contents of the novel, categorising the data, and organising the data. The process of data analysis in this research is reading the data, understanding the data, interpreting the data, and making conclusions. The results of this study can provide an explanation related to the power of love experienced by Hazel Grace who gets love from parents, boyfriends, and friends. However, Hazel lost her beloved forever to cancer.
