Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan membuktikan peran leverage sebagai pemediasi profitabilitas and size terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 periode 2019-2021. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapatkan adalah 17 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan size tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage tidak mampu memediasi profitabilitas and size terhadap nilai perusahaan
