Abstract

Selama ini pengupasan telur puyuh masih memakai peralatan tradisional. Sebab itu diperlukan sebuah alat alternatif guna membantu pengupasan kulit telur puyuh, salah satunya dengan membuat mesin pengupas kulit telur puyuh rebus, ,mekanisme kerjanya dua buah ass stainless yang dilapisis silicone tube diletakkan saling berdempetan yang mana tersebut akan membuat suatu roll, roll inilah yang berfungsi untuk mengupas kulit telur tersebut.mesin ini mempunyai Panjang rangka mesin 550mm x lebar 200mm x tinggi 130mm Penggerak Mesin menggunakan dynamo dc dengan spesifikasi Daya ( 0,31 Kw / 0,41 Hp ) , Tegangan ( Dc 12 volt ), Putaran ( n1 = 3000 rpm ) Didapatkan putaran sinkron ( n2 = 1200 rpm ). Menggunakan Sistem transmisi tunggal yang terdiri dari 2 buah pulley, pulley poros berdiameter 49 mm , sedangkan pulley motor berdiameter 25 mm, pulley dihubungkan dengan sebuah v-belt tipe GT2 dengan panjang 284 mm , kecepatan sabuk V – belt ( 2,5 m/s ), jarak antara sumbu pulley ( 122,5 mm ), kemiringan sudut pulley kontak pulley ( 169^°). Mesin pengupas telur puyuh ini memiliki kapasitas 50 telur per menitdengan hasil pengupasan selama 1 jam didapatkan 2.999,9 butir telur / 33,3 kg per jam dan 49,9 butir telur per menit / 0,5 kg per menit
